4.2 user generated content: you reserve the ownership of any content (such as photos and videos) uploaded to tripflicks. However, by uploading content, you can grant tripflicks a non exclusive, royalty free license to use, copy, and display such content to provide services.
5. Privacy and data protection
5.1 privacy policy: tripflicks is committed to protecting your privacy. The privacy policy contained in this user agreement explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

6. Service availability and limitations

7. Termination
